All prices, offers, and coupons are subject to change without notice.
Coupons and discounts are typically non-transferable, one-time use, and subject to expiry as mentioned during checkout.

10. Payment & Taxes

Payments are processed securely via SSLCommerz, AamarPay, or other approved gateways (including bKash/Nagad via gateway).
Once payment is successfully received, your order or course access will be confirmed.
Applicable VAT, taxes, and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

11. Delivery (Physical Products)

Delivery is usually made within 3–7 business days inside Bangladesh.
You must provide a valid delivery address and contact number.
Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 72 hours of delivery, along with photos or video proof.

12. Digital Access (PDF / Courses / eBooks)

Access is login-based and may be limited to specific devices.
Download links are unique and non-shareable.
Unauthorized sharing or reproduction of course materials is strictly prohibited.

13. Refund & Return Policy (Summary)

Physical Books: Eligible for replacement/return within 7 days if defective or incorrect.
Digital Products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
Promotions or bundles: May have separate refund terms.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

“Manarah”, “Manarah Academy”, and all associated logos, designs, course materials, and PDFs are trademarks or copyrights of Manarah Publication.
